Samples are free of charge if they are in stock and the total sample value is under USD 5 — you only cover the courier freight, preferably on your own DHL / UPS or other courier freight-collect account.

If the total sample value is over USD 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight by T/T; we ship as soon as your payment arrives. You can also send your own courier to collect the samples from our company.

Freight depends on the quantity, the weight, the carton size and your location. We will confirm the exact cost with you before anything is shipped.

Email [email protected] and tell us the quantity, drive style, capacity and branding you need. Because flash chip prices change every day, we quote per requirement rather than publish a fixed list — you will get an exact answer within one working day.

Yes. Logos and imprints can be applied by silk-screen printing, laser engraving or emboss/deboss. The minimum quantity for silk-screen printing is 500 units per logo (it can vary with the product range).

Send your artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF or AI format. We will produce a free virtual proof showing your logo on the drive, and a real sample can be made before mass production.

Yes — custom-designed packaging such as gift boxes or paper cards. The minimum order for custom packaging is 5,000 units per model. Artwork can be supplied in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format at 300 dpi.

Send your purchase order by email, or ask us for a proforma invoice. To prepare your order we need:

• Shipping information — company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port, and transportation method (courier, air or ocean)
• Product information — model numbers, quantity and unit price
• Required delivery time
• Freight payment — collect or prepaid
• Your forwarder's contact details, if you have one in China or Hong Kong

Yes — we can arrange courier, air and ocean transportation. Small shipments under 20 kg usually go by courier; orders from 20 to 500 kg go by air to the airport near you; large volumes usually ship in ocean containers. The final choice is always yours, and freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and destination.

Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T). We also accept:

• Western Union — for urgent and critical orders
• L/C — for bulk orders (subject to order status)
• All major credit cards and PayPal — mainly for VIP clients; new clients can be considered depending on the order status

It depends on the product — please contact us to confirm. As a rule we do not accept orders worth less than USD 1,000 (models can be mixed).

6 to 12 months, depending on the product. Unqualified products are replaced free of charge during the warranted period. In addition, every drive is built with real capacity and an original flash chip — if it is not, we refund five times the money.

If you can sell our products worth USD 5,000 to 20,000 per month, you can become our distributor in your city or area. If you can sell more than USD 30,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor for your country. Contact us any time for details.
